Katie was amazing. I really had no idea what I wanted for flowers, and had gone to a few other consultations and left feeling confused and overwhelmed. But when I met with Katie she was great, she listened to the few things I knew I wanted and showed me pictures and walked me through everything. On my wedding day I got the flowers of my dreams, even though I didn't know what I wanted. It was great working with her, she had no problems adjusting my order as plans changed. Also her prices were by far the best I could find, for the artistic touch I wanted. I would and will suggest her to everyone I know.

Katie (Fleur Bliss) did the flowers for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier. She helped us through the whole process and even helped us save some money. Our flowers were beautiful, better than I hoped they would be. Everything about Katie was great.

Fleur Bliss should also be known as "Katie gets it"! Katie is so in tune with flowers and ideas. I walked in not knowing the name of the flowers but having a general idea of the shades, textures and look I was going for. I had one meeting with her and when our wedding took place a year later I was so excited to see that my boquet was much more than anticipated. Absolutely beautiful, I wanted it in all of my photos and was wishing I had skills of preservation. The centerpieces were great and simple, just how I wanted. If you want a florist that you don't have to "control" or you just want to trust someone and not have to plane ONE MORE THING..........this is your florist! Great intuition. Thanks Katie!

Katie is awesome! So laid back and easy to work with. There was a last minute screw up with the decorating of my cake and she jumped right in and took it on. My bouquet was awesome, the garland was beautiful, and the cake decorating was fantastic. She was just an overall joy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her.

Wow-where do I even start? We used Katie (Fleur Bliss) for our wedding ceremony and reception flowers. I actually found her by seeing her work first hand at a bridal show. Just picking up one of her example bouquets blew my mind and I knew her style was impeccable. If I could highly recommend one vendor-it would be her. When I saw our flowers for the first time, I had tears in my eyes! It was exactly everything I hoped for. I was very laid back about flowers and I just gave her some pictures and told her some things I liked. You can 100% trust in Katie's style and amazing arrangements. She went way beyond my expectations: her flowers, accents, ribbon, etc. were all of the highest quality. Her bouquets were so heavy and sturdy, I still have mine intact and alive after nearly 3 + days. Also, she is a really fun and sweet woman, which is always nice to work with. I also really enjoyed that she will add her input when needed but is not pushy. She also will tell you if she thinks something is a waste of money, while most other florists would never be that real with you. I probably got more compliments from our flowers than anything else! Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Katie at Fleur Bliss is fantastic! She is the sweetest thing and is wonderfully creative. After just a short brainstorm with Katie, she was able to capture the concept for my flowers, exactly how I envisioned them. We were on a tight budget for our wedding, so Katie only provided flowers for the bridal party and some small ceremony decoration. Even with the small amount of flowers, there was a huge impact. My bouqet was outstanding. I am still sad over the short amount of time I acutally got to enjoy it. The wrist corsages for my mother and mother-in-law were so simple, so elegant, byt playful and fun. I asked Katie for gorgeous flowers, with a slight edge and she deliverd. Black satin ribbon for my bridesmaids and hot pink for me. The flowers were fresh, bright, and bouqets were so full! Simply, perfect!

Katie was really sweet and friendly. We only met once, 9 months before the wedding, but she was totally on the ball and everything was just beautiful on the day. She had some other appointment on our day and was rushed to set up--she didn't even personally deliver my bouquet, and that was a bummer. Other than that, she's great!

The bouquets were beautiful & Katie is knowledgeable with flowers & design. The only issue I had were the buttons on the bouquets as they fell off immediately. I recommend using a different product for those embellishments as they really spice up the bouquets.

My flowers were absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't have been more pleased with Katie's service. Even now, months after my wedding and reception, I still have friends and acquaintances tell me how stunning my flowers were. I have to agree. Katie has impeccable taste and is extremely down to earth. She is personable and professional, delivering superior results without being overpriced. I can't give her enough praise. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Portland area.

Katie did a wonderful job. My flowers were beautiful, i plan on using her services for other venues and receptions for years to come. She rescued me in such a short time and the price was amazing for the flowers i wanted. She is on top of my list.
