Horrible. They lost my ring, almost didn't get it to me in time for the wedding. (4 Month Lead time I might add). They constantly kept getting the style of my ring wrong. I want a simple comfort bad with no detailing or work or anything. SIMPLE. There was a ton turn over in the store and things just kept falling through the cracks. I will never shop with them or refer them to anyone.

Best Jewelry Store ever! Lots of selections, excellent customer service, and the ability to customize most jewelry. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding jewelry.

We looked at every jeweler in town, we loved the staff, and the rings were a Much better quality for your money than everywhere else we looked. The settings and diamonds were much nicer than anywhere else that we looked too. When i saw my ring, i knew it was the one. They worked with my husbands bad credit, giving him a credit building account, and they made sure that we were going to have my ring in time for the wedding. They were very personable and we will Definately be going here for all of our future jewelry purchases!

We looked everywhere for the perfect ring for me, I work with cars, so I needed something beautiful and low profile. We were impressed at the large selection of rings that were large and small diamonds, not really inset, but that hugged the diamond in a unique way. If you are looking for a unique ring, this is the place to go!

I loved Harry Ritchies. We went through the store at the Gateway Mall in Springfield, and Dennis Cohen was amazing. I would reccomend him to anybody. Not too pushy, so you can enjoy picking out your jewelry

I was mostly impressed with this jewelry store because they offer credit-building accounts. It's basically like layaway, but they report your credit each month. This was a tremendous help considering how young I was with no credit at that point to get any credit.
