Jeff Cochell

Jeff played before our ceremony, during, and after during dinner. He played the songs we selected perfectly, and put them together in a playlist that flowed beautifully. His sound, volume, presence, etc was classy and appropriate for a wedding ceremony, he really made it special. He was also extremely helpful with choosing which songs were right for certain parts of the ceremony, and since I planned the wedding myself this was crucial. Thanks Jeff!

First off, I was a very selective bride in terms of which vendors I chose---I wouldn't hire just anyone. With that said, hiring Jeff was an easy choice. He played at my wedding at the Mt. Hood B&B and exceeded all of my expectations. Jeff deserves way more than a 5 for each category. Not only was Jeff talented and professional, but he was also willing to learn a particular song that my fiance and I liked. Throughout the planning process, he kept in touch and arrived on time the day of the wedding. Everyone loved his music! I couldn't be happier!

I heard Jeff playing at a local wine bar last year and thought he would be perfect for our wedding. Since the beginning when we started to communicate with him, he was very communicative and open to a lot of ideas in making sure that he played the music that was most suitable for our wedding. We hired Jeff to perform at our wedding, cocktail hour and dinner reception in April and he was absolutely amazing!!!! He played over 3 hours of music with very little break and both my husband and I were amazed at the range of music he plays, from classical, jazz, blues, romantic songs, classic oldies and his own original music. Almost every guest commented on how wonderful the music was!!! I couldn't be happier, he is a true professional and wonderful musician and would highly recommend him to anybody thinking about having an acoustic guitar player at your wedding!!

Jeff performed at my daughter's wedding the weekend of 4/3/2010 and was wonderful! He was open to learning two songs specifically for the wedding ceremony and played them beautifully! Jeff was professional, courteous, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else looking for an acoustic guitarist for their event. Jeff played last month at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. His fingerstyle guitar was just beautiful and he helped make our wedding day even more special! I was in tears as I was walking down the aisle while he played a Bach song. His music was just perfect for the occasion, he played a very diverse range of music and even knew some Beatles! As I researched artists for our party, I found that what I wanted was "fingerstyle" guitar music. I hired Jeff Cochell and he provided wonderful fingerstyle guitar during our event. I was so pleased with his music, his professionalism and his flexibility. The venue was very small and he was able to fit the music with the atmosphere. Overall I could not have been more satisfied and would certainly recommend first that if you are thinking about adding a nice ambiance to your party or event, fingerstyle guitar is a great way to go, and if you are looking for an artist who can fit that need, Jeff Cochell is the one you are looking for!

Jeff performed at my wedding last summer. Not only did he play beautifully, he was very friendly and talkative with the guests, which I wasn't expecting. He took several requests during the cocktail hour and overall made the day very enjoyable for all my guests. If I had to choose a performer again, I would definately hire Jeff again.
