I couldn't imagine trying to have a wedding without their help. They were great and made my life so much easier.

Holly and the girls were great to work with.I've never worked with a more professional, well organised, efficiant event planning company. These gals do everything...no stone was left unturned.The bride/groom and guests were relaxed and enjoyed the evening without worrying about a thing. I would highly recommend the girls from Muse !!!

Hiring Muse was the best thing we ever did when planning my wedding day. We tried Christina and her staff for the full-service, year-long wedding planning endeavor and couldn't have been more pleased! My wife and I were getting married in Black Butte, OR. They don't necessarily have a wedding planner or coordinator, just someone who's there who makes sure the food is out, chairs are there, etc. Holly Rodakowski went out of her way to take 100% control of our event, and we couldn't have done it without her, literally. She made sure all the bridesmaids and the bride were well taken care of before, during, and after the wedding, along with the groom's side as well. She got the families in line for the ceremony, took care of every small detail there was, and did the entire thing with a smile on her face, even though she was literally never asked by either of us to lift a finger. She did this out of the kindness of her heart, to make sure that our day was as special and great as it could have been. Like I said before, our wedding almost wouldn't have happened without her there that day, and we cannot thank her enough!

The catering company I work for, Catering by Bo, catered the Wong/Mason wedding on August 6th, 2011 at the Arbor School in Tualitan. We had the absolute pleasure of working with two planner/ coordinators from Muse, Christina Safford & Holly Rodakowski. They were consummate professionals, looking after all of the details and coordinating flawlessly with all of the other vendors to produce a beautiful event. What impressed me most was their integrity in sheilding their clients from taking on any additional stress leading up to and during the wedding. They tackled all of the last minute details, including meetings with me and my banquet captain- head on and let the couple relax and focus on their day, their friends, and their family. This is at the heart of what a great event planner does; Being a bride comes with its own flurry of emotions-the excitement, the nervous tension, the pressure-so what professional planners like Christina and Holly do is invaluable for brides and brides-to be!

The staff at Muse took all of the worry out of the planning for the big day. They helped plan the budget, recommended wonderful vendors who helped us stay within the budget, set up a workable schedule and otherwise totally "DE-STRESSED" everything and everyone. Don't know what we would have done without them!

I had the pleasure of working with Holly & Kelly a couple weeks ago and the were amazing! As a photographer I rely on the coordinators to keep the day running smoothly and communicate any issues, and they went above and beyond. The wedding ceremony had to be delayed due to a family member stuck in traffic and they kept the entire group calm and happy. They pulled off a beautiful, joyful wedding with out a hitch. I would recommend them to any of my brides.

We hired Muse for day-of wedding coordination. Words simply cannot express how incredibly amazing Muse (Christina and Holly) was!!! Our wedding was at a private residence and Christina gave me so much valueable information from the start. Long before the wedding, Christina brought to my attention little details that I NEVER would have thought of and before I could panic, suggested a perfect solution or solutions!! On the day of the wedding, Christina and Holly took care of EVERYTHING!! They set everything up beautifully and exactly to my instructions. They also had some of their own decorations that I asked them to use that really added some special touches! They took care of my bridal party soooo wonderfully too!! I had eight bridesmaids and seven groomsmen. They told the bridal party that Muse would have everything they needed and they did!!! Several of my bridesmaids went to them for different things (doublestick tape, an undershirt for one of the groomsmen) and Muse was ready with whatever they needed. Muse also found me bartenders, parking attendants, and a florist!! All of whom were wonderfull too!! Also, I felt so pampered on the day of the wedding!! They got our food at the reception, got our drinks, and helped us along with everything. But, MOST IMPORTANTLY, so many of my guests have approached me in the weeks after the wedding to tell me how wonderful, sweet, and helpful Holly and Christina were. As a bride & groom, it was so important for us that our guests have a great time and Muse made that happen. Looking back at the wedding and the expense of it all, I can't believe what an incredible value hiring Muse was! They were definitely the most impressive vendor we hired and I just can't believe how much service we got for the price. Christina and her team did a wonderful job coordinating Megan and Sean's big day at the Embassy Suites Portland Downtown. Christina and Angela kept all the vendors on task, on schedule and kept a fun party going. They were very easy to work with and also followed through with every detail. For a seamless and stress-free wedding, I would highly recommend Muse Event Coordination for day-of, month of, or full service planning.

Christina is awesome! I did not realize how much was left undone until I met with her... she was a lifesaver. My fiance did not think we needed a coordinator, but boy was he grateful when the wedding was over! She was the first one there and the last one the leave. She saw my new husband and I off... plus she gave him a ride to our venue!!!We had a small snag with linens... instead of talking to me about, she insisted on talking to my bridesmaid. Linens were found, and no extra stress on me!Thank you Christina for everything! You helped make our day perfect and unforgettable!

I hired Muse as the "day of coordinator" for my wedding. They did way more than just day of services. They helped tie up all loose ends and ensure the day was flawless. I could not have had a more perfect wedding, thanks to the help of Muse.

Christina provided us with excellent service and always with a smile! We had several "misunderstandings" with our venue and Christina dealt with the owner professionally but effectively. She even offered up her own vehicle for a shuttle for our guests back to the hotel! Christina has a very calm presense and in turn passes that on to the wedding party keeping everyone calm and focused. I would highly reccommend Muse to anyone looking for an events/wedding coordinator.

Christina was a great boss and wedding planner! She had my date previously booked but helped me with all the detailes before hand and then found someone as qualified as herself to run my wedding day. It was wonderful!

The wedding planner was awesome. She was the greatest help. In times when I didn't know how to fix something she would work on it and have an idea that just worked perfectly. A few weeks before the wedding we lost the venue. In a week we found one that we thought would work but two weeks before the wedding they told us they are not available. She was right on it and in just a few days she found the venue with a great price, great catering, and great people. She was the best wedding planner anyone could hope for. Anyone that uses her services will have less stress and worries. She is responsible, professional, and always on time.
