Kim Trickey of Sewing Solutions was so fun to work with! I purchased a size 10 sample couture wedding dress and she adeptly transformed it into a gorgeous gown that fit my size 4 body. Her ease and humor and the atmosphere of her workspace helped me feel relaxed and calm during our fitting visits. She is an awesome lady! She'll do a great job altering your wedding gown!

Kim did an absolutely amazing job altering my wedding dress! My gown was ordered way too big so it had to be taken in drastically to fit me. Thankfully, I got married on April 30th, which is a less busy time, and Kim was able to get me in for all the necessary fittings on a short timeline (my first appointment was in March). It was no small feat because it took four fittings to get it to fit, but Kim made sure that it looked perfect for my wedding. The beading under the bust of my gown had to be removed and modified by the side seams and she did an amazing job. I am tall and all of my business suits have to be tailored, and I have paid more to have suits altered that still don't fit right. Not only did she do an amazing job, but her sense of humor and straight forward approach were very refreshing. I would highly recommend her to any bride needing alterations.

Kim at Sewing Solutions was absolutely fabulous! I ordered my dress online and shipped to me; a risky choice that turned out well, especially with Kim's help. The dress fit well except it was baggy under the arms, the embellishment on the sash wasn't sewn on well and the panel behind the lace up back had to be fixed/corrected. Kim did an amazing job on the alterations, then steamed and pressed my dress (bad shipping wrinkles!), and got me a garment bag. She even managed to fit in my mom's skirt last minute for a hem (2 or 3 weeks before wedding!) and gave her great service too! Kim was very understanding when I missed my first fitting due to a severe migraine. She got back to me right away even though I missed my appointment and gave me the best service! My mother and I both highly recommend Sewing Solutions and I am thankful to the Bridal Loft for introducing me to them!
