Kathy and Carol are awesome! Their food is great, their service is better, and their attitutudes and personalities are even better yet! I got glowing compliments from everyone about their wonderful food! I'm not usually a lemon chicken person, but Kathy's lemon chicken is excellent, and her mushroom pilaf is even better! They worked efficiently and professionally even in our outdoor venue in a state park. They used gorgeous serving chafers and utensils, crisp white linens, and big smiles! Best of all, they were completely flexible. They had no problem with us providing our own dishes and utensils, my odd request for way more veggie dishes than normal, bringing in our own additional drinks, and the wedding cake as well. They will truly do your wedding YOUR way. I couldn't possibly give a better recommendation!
