She makes the bomb cakes!!!! I needed a cake for my two sisters in law 1st Communion, the 1st thing that I found was her beautiful designs!! They are magnificent, I contact her and she is very polite, nice and full of great ideas for the cake!!! I was very glad that I found her, every one at the party was really impress with her cake and the flavor was splendid!!! I will recommend her to anyone that I know, and we will definitely buy her cakes again!! Thank you Chris.. PS.You are a great artist!!

We were beyond thrilled with what Chris with Snazzy Cakes provided us with for our wedding cake. She created a custom made puzzle piece cake for us that pretty much every guest commented on just how cool and unique it was. Not only was her cake absolutely delicious (my husband, the chocolate lover, easily named it his favorite to date) but Chris was a complete pleasure to work with. She really listened to what we wanted and I was stunned when I saw the finished product. It was definitely one of my favorite elements of our wedding day... and I am not even a big cake person. :) I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a wonderful and creative person and a cake that will be made uniquely for you and that your guests will enjoy seeing and tasting. Snazzy cakes did my wedding cake this past summer. The whole experience went seamlessly from start to finish. First of all, I rented a faux cake and bought sheet cakes to feed my guests (Which I highly recommend). I had a general idea of the design I wanted on my cake, and send a couple different pictures. She came back with an incredibly beautiful design. When I arrived at my wedding, the cake was EXACTLY as described and agreed upon. The sheet cakes prepared were absolutely delicious. Beautifully presented and the taste was fabulous. I have recommended Snazzy Cakes to any bride I have come across, and will continue to. Such a unique service, and totally worth it.

Amazing Wedding Cake and Service! My wife and I were on a budget when we began planning our wedding. We knew that we wanted a 4-tiered mad hatter cake in tuscan colors but our research was quickly showing that such a cake might be out of our price range. Then we found Snazzy Cakes and were intrigued with their offerings of "fake cakes". We requested a consultation with the owner, Chris. Their "fake cakes" look exactly like a real cake except the only "real" part is a small area that allows for a traditional cutting of the cake and then the guests are served slices from sheet cakes in the flavors chosen. The fact that these "fake cakes" offered us exactly the look we desired and within our budget meant that we could have the cake we wanted. During this consultation Chris asked us several questions pertaining to the wedding itself that we hadn't even considered could effect a cake such as indoors or out, the month, the location, the time of day, etc to ensure that our selection was the right fit for the environment so we would be disappointed by common cake behaviors that she was familiar with but we were not. We provided Chris with a picture of a mad hatter cake design that we had found on the internet as well as samples of the wedding colors to work from and at our next meeting for taste testing the cake samples we selected she had already taken our design concept and turned it into a representation of what we were seeing in our heads and the cakes samples were so yummy! We knew we had the right person for the job and I didn't lose one ounce of sleep worrying about my cake. At the wedding, Chris delivered the cake and it was beautiful. She had even gone above and beyond and hand made a topper to match our wedding design, and brought us a separate small cake to be used as our 1 year good luck anniversary cake and later plated all of the cakes for us. We received so many compliments both on the taste and appearance of our cakes. Chris really worked hard to make sure we got the cake that we described to her and she nailed it perfectly! What a nice lady and what amazing cakes she makes, I just can't say enough. The next big event in our family requiring a cake, we will definitely be calling Chris to dazzle us again.

We were thrilled with the unique and adorable dog/cat theme cake Chris created for our VIP Poster/Photo-story Judges! The accompanying sheet cake was just delicious! All our judges were so impressed and loved the texture and flavor! Snazzy Cakes and personable Chris made a last impression with us all!

She was great with our budget and creating something unique that no one had ever done! We had a "fake" cake. It was awesome, the real cake tasted great...she is very creative!

I feel that Chris perfectly matched my requests for cute, simple mini cakes that went with our wedding at the Oregon Coast Aquarium. She let us choose flavors that went with the season of Summer, lemon raspberry and lime coconut, which worked wonderfully together and on their own. I also was thrilled to have her be the one come to our wedding and serve the cake during the reception. She drove from Portland to Newport and sat through our service and I believed even stayed the weekend! Never once was this a pause for not being able to create our perfect cake! I can only say that I hoped she enjoyed her trip as much as we enjoyed her cake!

I had SnazzyCakes make a cake for my Husband's birthday. I got several quotes for what I wanted to do. Chris came out the lowest price. I was very pleased when she went the extra mile to find a book on Amazon that would help her make the exact cake that I wanted. I met with her and I found her to be very professional and detailed on not only the price, but how she wanted to make the cake. We had her make the Royal Hungarian Crown (Crown of St Stephan) sitting on a red velvet pillow as it is displayed currently in Budapest. What we received was BEYOND my wildest dreams. I was absolutely blown away by what she had done. Not only was the crown so detailed (down to the miniture pearls and enamel work) but you could actually remove the crown from the pillow and WEAR IT!!!!! Everyone at his party commented and how beautiful and intricate the cake was and there were several people coming back for second helpings. I would definately use Chris again for any special occasion cake as she is professional and very talented. She was great to work with and goes the extra mile!

I love Chris and I love SnazzyCakes. Chris is amazing. I spoke with several cake vendors in town, including the one my wedding location used. No one would make the cake that I wanted. (A mountain!) But Chris told me "anything you want!" and she really meant it!! :) The only ideas I gave her was a few photos of places we had been backpacking. The cake came out absolutely amazing with rings of trees and a river around the base and a mountain with a little campsite even. We got tons of comments at our wedding about it. My photographer even commented that it was the most unique cake he had ever seen. I also wanted "chocolate death" for a cake flavor and she did that too. I LOOOOOVE chocolate so we had a moist, delicious chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream icing. OMG to DIE FOR! It was so good we ate leftover cake for breakfast in the morning. If you can believe it, Chris made us an even more beautiful cake for our first anniversary. Chris is a real find and will truly find a way to give you whatever kind of cake you can imagine for your special day. She is easy to work with and most importantly, listens to what YOU really want! I giver her my highest reccomendation and two huge thumbs up.

SnazzyCakes is fantastic. I have attended several weddings and events, and each cake has been a work of art which expresses the personality of the celebrants. Every cake has been truly delicious!!!
