I walked in to The Bridal Loft admittedly underwhelmed with my dress. I had LOVED it when I found it, but it had been three months since it had arrived and I’d tried it on only once – to find that it was about two sizes too big and a foot too long. I wasn’t excited.
Kim took charge and from the first appointment. She placed a few key pins and let me go. Simple. Easy. My next appointment was eye opening and emotional. I remembered why I loved my dress! I could see the shape of it! It was flattering! She made me excited again.
Everything was so easy and I felt always in good hands with Kim. Her no-nonsense approach and ease with her skill made me feel safe with the most beautiful dress in the world. :)

I loved how I looked, I only wish I could have gotten a better price. I think in the end it was worth it, but I would shop around and find the best deal.

They did the alterations to my wedding gown. It was on time and looked wonderfull. I had straps and I think they could of done a better job of fixing them. They kept falling of when I was dancing. Other then that everything was good. They have a very clean business setting and their own parking.
