We LOVED our invitations and got a ton of compliments on them. Petie at the Wedding Cottage was incredibly helpful in helping us pick them out, and they have such a huge collection! She worked within our budget and had a lot of knowledge and experience to share. We looked around and they definitely had the best selection in town. They made it so easy!

The service at the Wedding Cottage was so nice! They were very welcoming and showed me a TON of options in choosing my invites! I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options and Petie did a great job in helping me narrow down my choices by asking questions on the wedding style, and what I wanted to convey to the guests. They were also a HUGE help in helping me with the wording of the invites & announcements! Overall a great place to go! (if you want to show up on the weekend to look at invites I suggest making an appointment so that you can ensure that you have a person dedicated to helping you).

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I ordered my save the dates, invitations and programs through the Wedding Cottage and was very pleased with all of them. Petie and her staff took the time to meet with me and ensure that I was getting what I wanted and they were very nice and easy to work with. The shop is also adorable and has lots of cute things that are wedding related. I was referred here by a friend and would refer any bride here!

The wedding cottage folks are fantastic and have GREAT customer service. They have a way of putting your mind at ease and they keep great records, so there's one less worry for the bride-to-be. Great selection of invitations and plenty of patience for even the pickiest procrastinator.

I had a great experience at the Wedding Cottage. We didn't have an appointment when we stopped by hoping to select our invitations and they made time to meet with us and help us through each detail of the decision. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Our invitations turned out to be absolutely gorgeous - even better than we were hoping for. They do great work!

When we got engaged we knew we wanted really great invitations, but that is all we knew, and the pressures was sort of getting to me. Thankfully I went with my now wife to The Wedding Cottage. All the invitation styles are perfectly organized into separate binders. It only took about 20 minutes to zone in on the style we wanted, and from there Petrel was really able to help us perfect the design. We ended up getting something cooler and cheaper than I ever imagined. Going in person and seeing actual examples of the invitations made all the difference. I visited The Wedding Cottage to view and order invitations for a party. They had a large and varied selection! The customer service was exceptional. Once Petrel, the owner, saw the styles I preferred, she found others that were similar so I didn't miss viewing any in making a selection! Petrel helped with wording the invitations and is aware of current trends in listing times, how to RSVP, etc. I loved my invitations and received many compliments about them. I am so pleased with my experience at The Wedding Cottage and know you will be too.

Petie (owner of The Wedding Cottage) not only knows her invitation lines and can assess the bride's needs, she has the patience and considerate attitude to make the process "feel good" - no matter how many obstacles happen! Ours was a feel good experience and we ended up with invitations that brought rave reviews from our 528 invitees! We would recommend The Wedding Cottage to anyone.

We did our invitations and programs through the wedding cottage. They were so helpful and made the process really easy. They spent so much time with me looking through books, answering my questions, and giving me their honest opinions which I really appreciated. Our invitations turned out beautiful, exactly like I wanted, and arrived quickly! We were then able to design programs that coordinated with our invitations even though the program I picked was from a different printing company. I got a proof of the programs and changed my mind on what I wanted based on the proof. Petie and Heidi were so sweet and offered lots of help and advice on what to change to get the look I wanted. We probably exchanged over 10 emails just about my programs and they never seemed to mind all my questions and frequent changes. The invitations and programs were a bit pricey but I think they were worth it, you only get married once and the invites really set the tone for your wedding! The shop also has great wedding party gifts and really cute apparel and accessories for the bride and groom :) If your getting married, this is a must stop shop, plus buying stuff here helps a local business and saves you money on shipping! I loved working with the ladies at the Wedding Cottage. I was greeted with a smile each time I came in. They really knew their product and were so helpful suggesting ideas and what books to look through. They made the process really easy.

We were so impressed with our experience at The Wedding Cottage! Our invitations could not have been more beautiful, so classy and timeless, exactly what we were looking for! They had a variety of different price points to work with when picking out invitations and SO many choices! We were also able to utilize The Wedding Cottage for renting different props that worked well for little details at our reception. Everyone on the staff was fabulous to work with. We couldn't have been more pleased with The Wedding Cottage.

Getting our invitations from The Wedding Cottage was so EASY, which is something we were thankful for during all the planning. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, and the staff were very helpful giving advice to help us stay on budget and get the invitations we loved. We were so happy with how they turned out, and the turnaround time was fast. They also have lots of other neat things there, like some beautiful champagne glasses that mom bought us for the big day.

We met with Petrel to figure out our wedding invitations and adored her! She had great ideas for our invitation wording and was helpful in explaining what was traditional as well as new trends in the invitation process. We saw her over and over again at the various wedding shows, and it was a treat to see her each and every time...she remembered us and was excited to hear about our wedding plans. She loves what she does and it shows!

We found the Wedding Cottage through our wedding planner. Petrel & Heidi were awesome, showing us various options for a simple invitation, no pressure to get RSVP cards or anything else we didn't need, and helping us select the perfect style. They sent us proofs via email (as we were in Virginia), let us know as soon as the invites arrived, and coordinated directly with our wedding planner for pick-up, mailing, etc.

The employees are very helpful and for such a small store they sure have a lot to choose from. They have invitations and other fun things and accessories.

The staff at The Wedding Cottage were so pleasant to work with. They listened to all of me and my husbands needs and made the process so easy. It really can be a hard decision to make, but they knew what questions to ask to make it easier for us.

The Wedding Cottage had everything a bride could dream of in regards to trinkets for day of! Melissa was so helpful and always very responsive to any questions I had (email, phone, or in person). I felt that all items within the Wedding Cottage were high quality. We bought our flutes, flower basket, ring pillow, guestbook frames, invitations, guest favors, and gifts here. Everything turned out perfect! It was all absolutely beautiful and we received a lot of compliments. Thanks Melissa for everything! It was really nice to have everything we needed in one place! We're even paying extra to preserve our wedding flowers and since our invitations turned out so nice...including this in the frame with it! I definitely recommend checking out the Wedding Cottage before anywhere else because if they don't have it...they have tons of books from which you can order and get EXACTLY what you want. Don't settle for anything else!

We got everything from here and I loved all of it! My mom and I spent a whole day upstairs going over invitations. The girls are wonderful and knowledgable. They will give their honest thoughts which I find helpful when I'm trying to make a major choice...like programs or favors. I would tell everyone who is in need to wedding invitations, programs, favors or fun things for your girls. They also have an amazing selection of thank you cards for everyone helping you out.
