The World Trade Center

I absolutley loved that I could have my ceremony and reception and a caterer all in one place! Danya was great to work with when she was there... I was left with no one to coordinate things on my wedding day which was an upset for us! However, I would highly reccommend them as a great place to have a wedding!

The place really made my wedding beautiful. The food was tasty as well. The staff were nice and accommodating to our needs!

I am so beyond happy that we had our wedding at the World Trade Center. It was just spectacular. Our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful our venue was and how great the food was! Danya was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the planning process and the WTC staff that helped the day of were phenomenal! It was a beautiful setting for our beautiful day :)!

I have gotten so many compliments for our wedding being "enchanting" and it truly was. The World Trade Center is absolutely gorgeous. And I’ve also heard from almost all of our friends and co-workers how great the food was. That’s one thing that isn’t always guaranteed when a venue has their own catering staff but the food really was wonderful. One of the added benefits is that it’s open air so it’s not stuffy and it’s fun to go outside and you can hear the music playing so it’s like all of the people on the waterfront can celebrate with you! We actually had a few people that even tried to crash the wedding but the security staff were on them immediately which was great. We had a lot of people travel from out of town so we wanted them to really feel Portland and the World Trade Center allowed that to happen. We planned our wedding for over a year and every week I would annoy Danya with questions and she was always so friendly and helpful. They were also really flexible which we didn’t find with some of the other venues we originally looked at.

The WTC is an amazing wedding venue and we could not have picked a better place to get married. Danya and her assistant Lorna are extremely friendly, informative, flexible, and responsive. Loren and Mike head the catering and event crew and they are both helpful and passionate about their jobs. From beginning to end, WTC answered our many questions, accommodated needs, provided fantastic service and all for a reasonable cost. The view is gorgeous and the venue is so beautiful at night. They also offer a Chef's Tasting twice a year for couples to sample their menu, which was very helpful in making food selections. Thanks so much for helping our wedding day dreams come true!

The venue was so beautiful it required very little decoration which helped offset the cost of the venue itself. The food was disappointing and we had multiple issues with our invoice being incorrect but everyone was polite, helpful and courteous so it was overall a very good experience. Oh, and the staff that helped out on the day of the wedding were all awesome! They were eager to please and to make sure everything ran smoothly....which it did.

We loved having our wedding and reception at the WTC. It was a beautiful setting and the staff was amazing. The guests raved about the delicious food and delightful atmosphere. Danya was extremely helpful; she was always very prompt in answering any questions we had.

Danya and the entire event staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They were so helpful the day of the event when I had forgotten so many little things. Loren allowed us to set-up 2 hours earlier than we'd planned, Mike put out "Reserved" table plaques that I forgot to bring. He also provided the cake slicing/serving set which I also forgot, and walked us through every step of the reception.

We were so pleased with the staff at the WTC! From the event coordinator to the catering and wait staff we were so happy and they exceeded all expectations. Our wedding was beautiful in every way, and we thank the WTC for that!

The World Trade Center was the best part of our wedding experience. The staff was well organized and very easy to talk to. They were professional with everything they were a part of, and they made our day the best it could have been. Overall, they blew away our expectations, and it was well worth every cent.
